WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that we don't dispatch on weekends.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We're unable to accept returns for our nut butter, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the nut butter you purchased or it was broken in transit please contact us and we will replace it.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR NUT BUTTERS?

Our nut butters are made from 100% organic ingredients, primarily high-quality peanuts sourced from Egypt and high-quality organic almonds and hazelnuts from a small partner Estate in Sicilia, Italy.

Depending on the variety, our nut butters might also include natural additives like organic spices, dark chocolate, coffee, or natural sweeteners like Agave or Maple Syrup.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes, all our products are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. We are committed to creating products that everyone can enjoy.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PALM OIL?

No, our products are completely palm oil-free. We are committed to producing products that are as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY NUT BUTTER ONCE OPENED?

Once opened, we recommend storing our nut butters in a cool, dry place. There's no need to refrigerate them, and doing so might even make them harder to spread.

CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN ANY PHYSICAL STORES OR JUST ONLINE?

Our products can be found in physical stores across 130+ locations in Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands.

You can also order our product online as we ship all over Europe.

HOW CAN I INCORPORATE YOUR NUT BUTTERS INTO MY MEALS?

Our nut butters are incredibly versatile and can be used in many ways! Spread them on toast, blend them into smoothies, use them in baking, or just eat them straight out of the jar. We also offer a vegetarian recipe book with many more ideas.

DO YOU OFFER ANY NUT-FREE PRODUCTS FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGIES?

Currently, our range is focused on nut-based products. We recommend checking the ingredients list carefully if you have any specific allergies or intolerances.

WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR NUT BUTTERS?

Our nut butters have a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3 months for the best taste and freshness.

HOW ARE YOUR NUT BUTTERS MADE?

At Drive Me Nuts, we believe in the artistry of human touch over mass production. Each jar is handcrafted in small batches in our lovely atelier nestled in the south of Brussels. We uphold the traditional grinding process, preserving the integrity, sublime flavor, and rich nutritional goodness of our ingredients, a feat our competition often falls short on. It's not just nut butter, it's craft.

WHY IS THERE OIL ON TOP OF MY NUT BUTTER?

Because we don't add any weird stuff (think additives and emulsifiers we're not sure how to pronounce) to our nut butter, the natural peanut oil separates over time. Nothing to worry about - just give it a stir and you're good to go! You can even store your jar upside down - just make sure that lid is on nice and tight.

WHAT IS THE WHITE STUFF ON TOP OF MY CHOCOLATE NUT BUTTERS?

This is called cocoa bloom and is totally normal! It's just the cocoa solids separating a little, it’s more likely to happen in winter than summer as colder weather can ‘set’ the chocolate a little. If you find your jar has bloomed, try sitting it in some warm water for a few minutes. The cocoa solids will melt and you’ll be able to stir them right back in.
